At Transient, I revamped the digital experience for an AI platform helping businesses automate their daily tasks and work more efficiently. I led key initiatives including visuals for their core services and various platform-wide refinements.

This was a 0-to-1 sprint focused on credibility. Transient needed a digital presence that carried enough weight to secure investor funding and enterprise leads. I led a rapid-response redesign, moving away from startup experimentalism toward a Modern Institutional aesthetic. The goal was to build a high-authority, one-page platform that looked established from day one.

After comparing Transient to industry leaders like Hebbia and Rogo, it became clear that the old website didn't reflect how advanced our AI truly was. The outdated visuals lacked the professional feel needed to show we were ready for enterprise clients, whilst key technical benefits were lost in a cluttered layout. We needed a new design to prove we had grown from a simple experiment into a trusted partner for high-level stakeholders.

This redesign encompassed both the marketing website and the core application, establishing a cohesive, enterprise-grade aesthetic tailored to the capital markets sector.

The main constraint was the timeline. I had to achieve Institutional Authority in a V1 launch without the luxury of complex animations or extensive brand assets. The layout had to serve two masters — investors looking for vision and clients looking for utility — all within a single-page journey that needed to feel breathable, not cluttered.

I focused on a clear, logical layout that put information ahead of decoration, helping the brand shift from a lean experiment into a reliable partner for key stakeholders. I also built a smooth user journey from the main selling points right through to the call-to-action to stop losing potential leads. Finally, I set up clear typography and colour tokens to ensure a seamless update from V1 to V2.
